Popup plugin

Hi,

I'm using Tribulant's Popup plugin, and I can't figure out how to get a popup to appear on page load. I've tried seemingly everything -- setting the active dates for the popup, making the popup visible to all users, specifying that the popup should appear on all pages, turning off my "Maintenance" plugin, etc.

Can anyone help?

    I'm having the same issue.  It works in Admin only mode, but not viewable to all users.

    The plugin does work, I can assure you of that. There must be something else at play, like for instance a conflict with another plugin or theme etc.

    If you would like to submit a support ticket at http://tribulant.com/support/ with your WordPress login details and FTP or cPanel access, we could debug for you to try and ascertain the cause(s).
