Problems with subscribe activation page

Hi;

We use [newsletters_activate] shortcode in the newsletter to send activation option to all our subscribers.

On page "manage-subscriptions-2" we have this shortcode: [newsletters_management]

On the email, we receive this link on activation button:

http://www.xxxxx.com/manage-subscriptions-2/?wpmlmethod=activate&wpmlsubscriber_id=44924&wpmlmailinglist_id=11&authkey=dc2eb29b2e1b6e0f36ceedc12cb00032

In our other sites, previos URL redirects to this one:

https://www.xxxxx.com/eu/manage-subscriptions-2/?updated=1&success=Thank you for confirming your subscription.

But in this one site, we receive the first URL, then it goes to 2nd URL but then, it automatically redirects to this URL:

https://www.xxxxx.com/eu/manage-subscriptions-2/

So, we can't show any successful message to recently activated user.

We have this problem just in one site, but we don't know why.

Any help? We are using last version of the theme: 4.6.11
