probably bad form to suggest a plugin that hasn't been updated in 2+ years

edited September 2012 in Newsletter plugin
On your tips n tricks docs you suggest a tinymce plugin

This plugin has not been updated in over 2 years, and just with cursory glances at the code, I already see glaring problems with it.

I'd probably consider either finding a new plugin to suggest for this, writing a new one, or removing the suggestion altogether. WordPress will be removing the plugin from the repository shortly anyhow if it is not updated soon.

*I can't believe that this plugin installs extra tables just to store the extra allowed values. Have they never heard of the settings table? LOL

    Thank you for your post.

We documented that a very long time ago.
That plugin still does work and does the job as it should.

Right now it is useful and we are not aware of an alternative TinyMCE valid elements plugin.
If you know of a better solution, please post back here with a link so we can check.

    All the best,
