Thumbnails Not Showing

I'm sorry to post this topic again, but I tried some of the things suggested in the below discussion, but am having the same problem.

I am using Slideshow Gallery 1.2.3.2 on WP 3.5.2. I heard that this might be integrated with TimThumb. Is that a separate plugin that I need to install?

Okay, I submitted a support ticket, and was told the the TimThumb script has a known problem where it messes up a URL containing a "~", like mine does. Good to know!
