[Solved] Invoice and 'Notify the Customer' not working properly.

Using Version: v1.6.9.4 (first-time install, not upgrade) I came across the following issues.

1. Invoice page on order completion not rendering properly.

Solution:

Had to move invoice.php from views > email > 

to views > default > 

as it did not exist in the default folder.

2. Editing an order in the WordPress admin - option to send updated order email to customer not working.

Solution:

Had to move comments.php from views > email > orders >

to views > default > orders >

as it did not exist in the Orders folder.

Hope this may be of use to somebody else. :-)
