custom field reorder not working

When I change the order of the custom fields in the admin, it is not showing on the front end.

example:
http://cpaalpha.com/blog/

First name
terms of service
last name
email
captcha

In the admin I make the changes by dragging and dropping the fields into the right order, but when I return to the admin page, the changes have not saved.

If you need more info let me know, but I think this problem is pretty clear

    I looked at your site and the fields are in that order you mention.

    The captcha image from Really Simple Captcha isn't working though.
    Can you check if "wp-content/plugins/really-simple-captcha/tmp/" exists and is writable (777)?
    That should solve the problem with the captcha!

    the only reason it is working is because I deleted all the fields and created them in the proper backwards order.

    I'll check on the captcha when I wake up. it's 5am, long day. This is just a temp solution anyhow until you fix the problem with the hardcoded wp-content and plugins directory. Just waiting for that upgrade before I put to much more time into this. We are NOT going to be using wp-content or plugins for folder names, that is already set and ready to go. It is only this plugin holding back the real launch.

    When you say "have had," is it still persisting now? Since you and imtiedup are the only ones we've heard from in this regard we don't have a ready solution or you save to ask you to also submit a support ticket at http://tribulant.com/support/ if you don't mind.
