Adding all Members to a Subscriberlist

Is there an all members subscriber list by default?

If not how would I go about creating a list which is auto updated when new members join.

    I hope you are doing well, Jesse.

    You can create a mailing list for members/users.
    You can then use the "Auto Import WordPress Users" feature to sync them over.

    Thank you for getting in contact with us, we are really sorry about the delay on getting back to you.

    Unfortunately for now we don`t have an universal mailing list, the subscribers must be added to the mailing lists through a subscription form, import file or you can manually add them. Please note that you can control the subscription forms to display specific mailing lists and you can create custom forms that will add the same user to multiple mailing lists.
