Thumbnails not showing

I am using WordPress 3.4.2 and Slideshow Gallery 1.2.3.2 and my Theme is Catch Box 1.5

I have backed up and uninstalled and reinstalled Slideshow Gallery, looked for any possible plugin conflicts, but cannot get the thumbnails to show.


Thumbnails are showing as a grey box with small white outlines at top of grey box being the actual link.

Also, when I turn on the thumbnails, the thick overlay pop-up stops working.

Tried every setting change that I could think of. Any suggestions?

I really like this plugin, but I'm under a deadline and if I can't get this figured out I'll have to search for some other solution. (Which would be a bummer.)

The probable reason why the thumbnails aren't showing is because TimThumb isn't working.

You can use the TimThumb tester to see what the problem is.

Did you check the TimThumb testing utility under Slideshow > Configuration?
