[SOLVED] Undesired Unsubscribe Link when sending a Newsletter from the Post/Page Edition Interface

Hello,

Using the latest version (4.0) of the newsletter plug-in, I noticed a bug when sending a Newsletter from the Post / Page Edition Interface (which is not occuring when creating the Newsletter from the "Create Newsletter" Plugin Interface).

After chosing between "Full Article" or "Excerpt", selecting a custom template and chosing a Subscriber List, an additional undesired Unsubscribe Link appears in the email's body.

This unsubscribe link does not appear in the custom template html source code... Is there a way to delete it ?
