Can I change order of stuff on a product page?

Hi, if you look at this page: http://encinochamber.org/events/a-taste-of-encino/taste-of-encino-sponsorships/

You'll see the radio buttons and purchaser info fields appear at the top of the page. Is it possible to put the descriptive text (about the sponsorships) ABOVE the radio buttons, etc.?
