Shipping Charges

I've been trying to set up shipping charges for only specific products. Further, they only have to pay shipping if they purchase 1 - 5 products. Does anyone know how to do this. Everything I've done hasn't worked.

    Hi Patricia,

    If you're not using a shipping provider's API to calculate shipping charges and you have fixed shipping charges, even if it varies with weight etc, there are ways of doing this albeit a little unorthodox.

    But before I go down a rabbit hole with a long explanation, could you please explain to me your products and intended shipping rates so I give you only relevant information?
