    Figured it out  - kinda -

    I would still like to know how to get the banner - hardcoded so  that it is on the far right - in the "black" area of the site.

    Hi there!

    I'm not entirely with you... do you mean the banner on the right under "Featured Ad?" It's the only banner I see there, and it looks pretty good right there i.m.h.o.

    If you REALLY wanted to move it over to the right you could use custom CSS code, I suppose. Please let me know if I'm assuming correctly so we could properly advise you on this, will you?

    I look forward to your reply.

    Regards,

    Phil

    I thought it looked good there.. Sorry it took so long to get back. Been busy.

    Now -however, I'm using Ultimatum theme and I can't activate the Banner Tool.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    I am using the egamer theme. The site is wdkn.com. I am trying to hardcode the plugin into the single.php file of my site. I am trying to place the banner above the title of the post so it doesn't look like the banner is part of the story and this way our news guy doesn't have to add short code into each story he does. (I know. Its really not that hard to begin with.)

    I have tried to insert the code in several different places in the code but nothing seems to be working. I have looked at it for so long the code is starting to run together and I am sure it is a simple fix. Any advice?

    Greetings,

    I don't understand this hard coding thing so I can ad the rotator to my theme?

    I've read the docs over and over...sorry it's not sinking in.  I can ad the rotator to posts and what not. I'm running the classipress theme if that helps.

    Cheers

    John

    @BlindSpotClassifieds

    The hardcoding means that you are putting PHP code into your WordPress theme's files from the Banner Rotator plugin to display a zone, size or ad accordingly. Here are examples of the hardcoding: https://tribulant.com/docs/wordpress-banner-rotator-plugin/425

    So you can copy the first piece of code and then the relevant code for what you want to put in your theme.

    Can you please explain how and where you want to hardcode a banner or a zone? And if you want us to, we can do this for you if you submit a ticket with instructions and login details: http://tribulant.com/support/ ;
