IP Tracking Does Not Allow Votes

We currently have tracking set to "cookies" but would prefer to use IP tracking.  When set to IP tracking, no votes are allowed.  Have tested with "9999" votes allowed per user and per photo and it always says maximum votes allowed.

Also, would really appreciate new features because this plugin has a great concept but could use additiona settings & logs.

    Thank you for your post.

    We do not have this as a known problem and upon testing on our side, the IP tracking works fine, allowing people to vote until the limit is reached accordingly.

    Please note that with the IP tracking, many people share the same IP addresses with some ISPs and in some countries so that could be a problem.
