Tracking links issue
I recently added an ad to one of my newsletters which was a block of HTML text. Inside the code were a few instances of the URL for my client's landing page. The strange thing is that only the first link was getting rewritten with a newsletter tracking URL. I suspect your regex is only replacing the first instance of a URL but that is just a guess. Can you please verify on your end?
Also, in the event that there are two (or more) links that are identical, how does your software handle that? Does it create distinct tracking links or use the same for each? Ideally it would create different links so we can see which performs best.

Do all your links with the same URL contain the same tracking link, or no tracking link at all?
Multiple links with the same URL will have the same hash. eg.
