  Yes it looks like #slideshow-wrapper and/or #fullsize is shifted with 1px to the right in IE.

  It could be because of the DIV entry-content that it is in. Can you try and hardcode/embed it outside (above) this element instead of inside it?

  I have to be honest, I am quite a rookie when it comes to real coding and I have no idea how to hardcode/embed it outside.

  I used shortcode, but i've slightly changed some things so it aligns left now and only in IE it is 1px too much on the right side, but on that side you hardly see it, so I decided to let it slide.
