TimThumb Problem

Hello, 

I have used this plugin on another website with great success, so I decided to try it on another one. Now I am getting problems.

In the manage slides section, I do not see a thumbnail preview, nor do I see thumbnails on the page, even though they are enabled in the configuration. 

Also when I click on yes on the resize images section and click the genreated link, I get this:

A TimThumb error has occured

The following error(s) occured:
  • GD Library Error: imagecreatetruecolor does not exist - please contact your webhost and ask them to install the GD library

TimThumb version : 2.8.10

Only by clicking no for resize images do I see a gallery, but no thumbnails. What is going wrong and how do I fix it?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You might consider following the advice of the error :-)

    "GD Library Error: imagecreatetruecolor does not exist - please contact your webhost and ask them to install the GD library"

    Or is the other site where you use the plugin with success on the same hosting account, perhaps?
