    Hi serve_daily,

    Thanks for your post.

There could be many different possible reasons for this such as server resources, other plugins, Javascript/jQuery errors etc.

Are you able to check for errors using your browser's console when trying to activate the plugin, perhaps? If that doesn't show what the problem is, you could activate debugging in the file wp-banners-plugin.php, as indicated here:

    http://screencast.com/t/oOQoAg3M11

That should display the reason for the problem when you try to activate the plugin. Remember to restore the setting to "false" afterwards.

I hope this helps? I look forward to your reply.

    Best regards,

    Phil

    Hi Phil,

Ok - I played around a bit and figured out how to do that.

I changed false to true and 2 to 1.  Went back to activate the banner plugin and it said :

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Where do I go from here?

    Hi serve_daily,

    Thank you for your reply.

My next suggestion would have been to submit a support ticket at http://tribulant.com/support/, which I see you have already done.

The issue, as you've no doubt seen from our reply to your ticket, is that there was a memory limit issue. My colleague has resolved that for you and successfully activated the plugin.

Could you please confirm that the issue is indeed resolved and indicate that by editing the title of this thread accordingly (see instructions in the column to the right)?

I look forward to your reply.

    Kind regards,

    Phil
