Invoice settings not saving

I try saving the invoice settings but it reverts to blank when I click save. Any ideas?

    Thanks for your post.

    It's odd that it doesn't save the invoice settings. Are you perhaps using an older version of the Shopping Cart plugin? The WordPress update to v3.5 demanded a comprehensive update in our Shopping Cart plugin, since it broke several functions. If you run WordPress 3.5+ you have to upgrade your WordPress Shopping Cart plugin to the latest version (1.6.9.4).

    If you already have the latest version of the Shopping Cart plugin, please submit a support ticket at http://tribulant.com/support/ with WordPress admin login details and FTP access (just in case), and we'll investigate for you.

    Hi again auroralawless,

    Just an update to my last post:

    similar errors have been due to the fact that Apache mod_security is
    active for your site on the server. You could ask your hosting provider
    to turn it off, and that should solve the issue.
