Canada Post XML Parsing Error

I'm back... ok not sure why I am getting this I know it's NOT related to my Canada Post account as I've been selling with it online for the last 11 years and on this same server so I know the correct ports are open and working. I have double checked my CP account info and it's correct. So ummm help, not sure where to look to fix this one. All seems to go well but when I get to the checkout page and I hit the "quote" button I get the following output. According to the docs my module is set up correctly...

XML parsing error.

No shipping methods are available, please return.

    That`s odd, can you please enable the Shopping Cart Plugin debug mode to see if any errors are displayed? You can use this guide as reference: http://docs.tribulant.com/wordpress-shopping-cart-plugin/3817

    After enabling the debug mode please try to get the quotes, if there is something wrong you should be able to see a different error message.
