We recently moved from an older server to a new, more powerful and more reliable server.
To ensure that your website is loading well, your nameservers must change to the ones we sent via email. You can change them at your domain registrar.
Should you need any help, please open a ticket and make sure to add a personal email account so that we can reach you. If your website is down and you use an email address that has the same domain name as your website, you will not be able to receive emails. Using a personal email or telling us to reply there will ensure that you receive our email reply.
