SSL Certificates for https://

You can have an SSL certificate on any of our hosting plans.

All accounts get a free, basic SSL certificate.

If you'd like to install your own paid one, you can do so in your cPanel account.

SSL certificates can be purchased from any vendor and be installed on your hosting plan.
We offer a wide range of SSL Certificates at great prices, check them out! Note: They are not always available for sale.
If you purchase an SSL certificate from us, we will install it for you free of charge as well.

You can buy an SSL certificate from many reputable sites such as Trustico, and others.

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and provides encryption of data that transfers on the protocol.
We offer SSL protocol as https:// on port 443 for the web server exclusively although it can be used on other ports too.

eCommerce websites are usually required - depending on the implementation and gateway - to run the checkout and payment procedure on a secure protocol to encrypt the data transfer. Other clients may want SSL for different reasons such as being secure in general and that is fine as well. In fact, websites that do not have SSL have a "not secure" text and symbol in most browsers. SSL also improves your search engine ranking over websites that do not have SSL.

You can refer to our documentation to learn about how to install and enable SSL: https://tribulant.com/docs/hosting-domains/11385/enable-ssl/
