In order to streamline contact & support requests and to better serve you, we use a support ticket system. Every contact & support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your contact & support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Hours of operation:
Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM, EST.
Saturday: Closed (checkout is closed as well).

For WordPress plugins support - before contacting us, you must follow these steps:
  1. Search our documentation site image.
  2. If there's an issue, disable all your plugins except for the plugin with which you need help and test again.
  3. Update your WordPress, theme, and plugins to their latest versions.
  4. Update your PHP version to 7.2+. You can ask your hosting image to do that for you.
