[SOLVED] Problems with queuing mails and activations links

Sorry to bother you all here, but I paid money for the newsletter plugin and the support here does not help or react for days. Our users are messing up and newsletter editors freak out.

We have several lists one of them with 13000 subscribers. Each time a mail to this list is created the editor ends up with a blank page after pressing the queue button. Support did not give me a proper solution to this. Up to yesterday queuing worked despite the blank page but today it did not any more.

Second problem is that new users get an activation link with leads to another user's account with all possibilities to change subscription etc .... needless to say that this is an unacceptable flaw.

If you have any possibility to reach Tribulant or help me it would be very much appreciated. Otherwise I really have to take stronger actions.

I believe that we helped you with this in our helpdesk and over Skype.

The problem was the NGINX connection timeout which was very low in it's default setup.

Even though PHP values were high, NGINX still ran out of it's max execution time.
