When Plugin Activated Dashboard Cannot be Reached

I am running Wordpress 4.0 with Enfold theme version 2.9.2

When the Newsletter plugin is activated, I cannot access the Dashboard - I get a blank screen. I have deactivated all plugins and then manually added each one to verify that the Newsletter plugin is the one causing the issue.

I can log in, and can see the admin heading when viewing the website itself, but clicking any link off it (Dashboard, New Post, Edit Page etc) I also am presented with a white page with no content.

I have also tried it with Broadscope theme, and the same outcome (white page).

Newsletters version is 4.3.9.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Thank you for your post and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    The problem could be one of many things.
    You can turn on debugging by setting WP_DEBUG to true in the wp-config.php file and see if it shows any error instead of the white page?
