PayPal Advanced "Transaction Failed" error message :-(

Hi,

Is anyone using the PayPal Advanced Add on successfully? Seem to have everything working well with PayPal Hosted pages, but when running a live transaction to pay with PayPal we get this error from PayPal:

Transaction Failed!
Original Transaction ID not found: EREP02E0903C

I have a support ticket open, but they are also getting the error and pointed me to :

Someone with the same problem and they posted back saying it was PayPal's issue that they resolved.

They resolved by only using the credit card payment...

Anyone? :-)

    Thank you for your post.

    Yes, we tested and got the same problem even though it has been working fine all along.
    The "Original Transaction ID not found..." error is intermittent it seems so that's why we suspected a Sandbox issue.

    I don't see a reply to your ticket right now but I asked if you're using the Sandbox or Live. It sounds like you're using Live from this post.

    We will continue to investigate here and then I will post back here shortly.
