Issue refund from existing order

Is the integration with the Stripe API built out to support refunds?  I assumed that this function would be available but I do not see a way to do it.

    Hello Shawn,

    Thank you for getting in contact with us, in order to issue refunds you must access your Stripe account as you can`t issue refunds through the Shopping Cart Plugin dashboard, all the payment management actions must be taken through your merchant account.
