Display Random Products from a Category in Widget

I have a category called 'SALE' which includes all products on sale. I want to have a widget where it displays a number of products from that category. I suppose I need a widget showing featured products. Is it possible to do this easily enough?  I only see a widget for latest products.

As for now we don't have a widget to display products from a specific category. I`ve added this feature to our development list based on your suggestion.

The easiest way to achieve that at the present moment would be through the [wpcocategory id="x"] shortcode, as it will output a list of the products from a specific category. You can then use Javascript to create a slider/carousel for the products which would require some custom coding.
