WordPress FAQ Plugin v1.2
Wooh! That took a few taps and slaps but the WordPress FAQ plugin has truly met up with WordPress 2.7 in poise and polish. The previous versions of the FAQ plugin used jQuery but in conjunction with the Prototype library and Scriptaculous framework. The plugin now only uses jQuery for all its user-interface which includes animations, Ajax calls, plugins and other aspects related to JavaScript.
Furthermore, the administration side of the plugin has been greatly improved with many new actions, features and configuration settings. The front-end has many improvements as well and is fully cross-browser compatible. The plugin works in Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Opera and other browsing/rendering engines. I’m considering buying this plugin, but I don’t know how you can only offer 3 months free updates.
What happens when WordPress upgrades come out that render the plugin inoperable? Are you saying you wouldn’t offer free upgrades to keep the plugin working on newer WP versions?
Also on a related note, is the plugin compatible with WP2.8 which is now out?

When you purchase the software you receive 3 months free upgrades with your initial purchase. Thereafter, you can renew your updates subscription for US$ 5 for another 3 months. You don’t need to renew your subscription immediately when it expires but only when you need to access your downloads again due to a new version being released which will most likely be the reason. You don’t need to pay the full price for the software again. If your updates subscription isn’t renewed your download won’t be removed/deleted.
The WordPress FAQ plugin is not yet compatible with WordPress 2.8. An update has been worked on before WordPress 2.8 was officially released but it is not ready yet and will be released soon. Please subscribe to the blog in order to be notified: http://blog.tribulant.com
