The ‘Questions’ section of the WordPress FAQ plugin is where you will manage all your questions/answers.
A question is literally a question which can be a question submitted/asked by a user or a question which was manually added by the administrator.
Each question has and needs an answer to be published on the site and the answer should be relevant to the question in order to satisfy the queries of your users.
