1. Add a New Template

Clicking this button will take you to ‘Save a Template’ where you can create a new Template for your newsletters or upload one that you purchased from us or elsewhere. New Templates added will show up on this ‘Manage Template’ screen after they are added.

2. Get More Templates

The get more templates button will take you to our online catalog where you can purchase more beautiful Newsletter Templates.

3. Save

Turn this on to use a styled, default template for newsletters and system emails when none is selected.

4. Search Themes

Quickly search the database for Themes by typing a word or phrase and then clicking the ‘Search Themes’ button.

5. Bulk Actions

These bulk actions allow you to select multiple Theme records from the table using the checkboxes and then apply a bulk action on the selected records.

The bulk action currently available which is ‘Delete’ which will permanently removes the selected Themes records in the table.

6. Theme Row Actions

When you hover a Theme row, action links will appear below it which are applicable to the row that you are hovering.

The links include ‘Edit’ which allows you to edit the Theme, ‘Duplicate’ which allows you to duplicate a theme, ‘Set As Default’ which will allow you to select that particular theme as your default theme, ‘Delete’ which will remove the Mailing List permanently and ‘Preview’ which will show you detailed information of the Theme and how the Theme will be seen in a newsletter by the user.

NOTE: A default theme is simply the theme which will be selected by default throughout the plugin when you send a newsletter, publish a post as a newsletter, etc. The radio button will be selected by default so that you don’t have to make the selection.
